The Hahamongna Watershed Park Advisory Committee will meet on Tuesday to discuss updates on key restoration projects, including the Los Angeles County Reservoir Restoration Project and the Climate Resilience Departmental Education Center (CREEC) initiative. CREEC Facilitator Brian Biery will report on volunteer activities at the Hahamongna Annex, linking these efforts to the implementation of the Watershed Park Master Plan. Allen Xie from Los Angeles County Public Works will provide updates on the Reservoir Restoration Project and the Southeast entrance improvement project, which has drawn public feedback. Additionally, Johnathan Giang from Pasadena Water and Power will share updates on the Explorer Well. The meeting will also allow public comments on non-agenda items and includes planning for the June Annual Meeting and a review of the committee’s work plan. The committee, currently with three vacant positions, will be chaired by Tim Martinez and will meet at 6:00 p.m. at the City Yards Public Works Building in Pasadena. Public attendance and comments are welcome. Meeting materials are available online and at City Hall.
